Carnation Chabaud ‘Orange Sherbet’
For arranging with Peach/Orange/Bronze Dahlias you’ll need Carnation Chabaud ‘Orange Sherbet’!
As lovely as Dahlias are they are not fragranced so by adding a bunch of these bright fizzing carnations to arrangements you will ignite that extra sensory pleasure!
They are also brilliant for filling gaps in bouquets, unlike garden ‘pinks’ Carnation Chabaud ‘Orange Sherbet’ has much longer stems making them brilliant for floristry.
Carnation Carnation ‘Orange Sherbet’ is actually a perennial, but I find it is much better grown as an annual, from an early Spring sowing.
How to grow:
Start seeds in early in Spring and plant out after the risk of frost has passed. Flowers can be top heavy so provide support for nice straight stems. For more detailed growing instructions join our ‘Grow Along’ on Instagram
