China Aster ‘Chamois’
Called the ‘Peony Aster’ China Aster ‘Chamois’ is another brilliant late summer bloomer in elegant peachy pink. A breath-taking cut flower perfect for Weddings.
China Aster ‘Chamois’ requires long days to initiate flowering, giving dramatic displays from July until September.
Growing with a bit of weather protect gives them a bit more height as well as extending the flowering period.
How to grow:
Frost tender. Sow in Spring on the surface of the seed compost and place somewhere warm for germination. Cutting /Vase Life:
A fabulous cut flower, producing large blooms on strong slender stems. Pick as soon as flowers begin to open and rest stems in a bucket of water for a few hours (preferably overnight), this is called conditioning. Excellent vase life.
